Eldering is a vision for growing older. It is an opportunity to have the rest of life be richer and more rewarding than we can imagine.

Eldering is about:
- Transforming our experience of growing older to maximize happiness, health, love, creative self-expression and being valued
- Relating to people of all ages with respect and dignity on the basis that who we are is more important than how old we are
- Living life as a contribution by sharing the best of who we are with others in a way that brings out the best in them
- Creating our collective future by addressing what we care about and building communities that work for raising children and growing old
- Learning and growing until the end, staying open and engaged, and being inspired and enthusiastic every day
